If you do not already own the Normatec Air-Scape, you could consider another product that will leave your skin smooth and supple, including the Freez-it Rise & Ride, the FaceTime by ComfortLab, and the Wave Potion by Darifa. If you do plan on using an alternative, try it out for a few weeks to see if you prefer it over the Normatec. However, you’re strongly advised against making an outright alternative purchase over Normatec!

The questions for your second chance
The most important thing to remember when giving a second chance to a recovery system is to be certain it’s doing the job.
Do you have one of the alternatives I mentioned? If not, do you feel confident that using an alternative will get rid of the pain and swelling?
How long have you been using the recovery device? If it’s been over a month, give it a shot, but remember you need to test to see if it’s working.
Are you using a relaxation technique? If so, you can feel confident you’ll get relief with your alternative.
Have you lost your pain and swelling?
How long have you been using the recovery device? If not, give it a shot, but remember you need to test to see if it’s working.
Do you have another pain or swelling problem? If so, give it a shot.
If I give it a shot and it does not work for me, would it be okay for me to give up?
If you do give it a shot and it does not work, keep in mind you’ll need to give it another chance. This could be one of the hardest choices you make. Try a second recovery system and let me know how you are doing.
Should I give a second chance to a recovery system that does not work for me?
It is okay to give a second chance, but you have to give it a chance to work before giving up. If you give it a second chance, it’s fine to give it a break if it doesn’t work.
You’re going to need to give it a second chance if you’re dealing with chronic pain and swelling, crampy feet, or chronic back pain. But, if you give it a second chance to a recovery system you feel it doesn’t work for you, it might be okay to give up.
You could then move on to other options like Electroanalgesia, which has many forms and can be used to treat different types of pain and inflammation. One of them, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, or TENS is a good option for shoulder pain, and ankle and foot inflammations. There are, similarly, other types of electric neuromodulation therapy like interferential current therapy that could be used to treat different forms of muscle spasms, joint damage, strains and others.
One cannot guarantee that a Normatec recovery system can effectively treat bone and muscle pain. In fact, one person might benefit more than another when using it as it is more of a question of suitability. Considering that there are multiple ways to deal with injuries or other such problems, you simply have to find the method that you find best and go for it.
