Some people experience depression as a direct result of not feeling purpose. They have no interests and they feel they simply exist to tend to others. Find out what makes you happy. Dig deep inside of yourself and figure out what you really like. Maybe you enjoy being outdoors connecting with nature. The warm sun and cool breeze are very comforting. Take up gardening, painting or use your hands to create beautiful wooden birdhouses. The point is to find a hobby that takes your mind off depression and makes you feel at peace. 

Feeling Good 

The food you eat can contribute to your mental wellness. Eat good stuff like fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains and lean meats, and you’ll be ready to tackle anything. On the other hand, if you indulge in foods with little or no nutritional value you can expect to have a bad day. Along with a healthy diet, exercise is essential for sustained overall health and well-being. It keeps your body strong and energized and your mind expressing feelings of happiness, focus and drive. Living with depression doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on life. Many people who refuse to give in to illness improve their mental health and achieve a fulfilling life with many magical moments of happiness.
