Changes in RB Dev Pack 4.1 include:

- All components have been tested under REALStudio 2010 Release 1.
- RBDevPack now includes RadSmoothResizeWindow for animated, smooth window resizing.
- Fixed a bug where RadThumbnailView could throw a nil exception (only affected Windows and Mac).
- Fixed a rendering issue on RadThumbnailView where the background color wouldn’t be honored in some cases past the last thumbnail.
